Simone Mbak joined the IWM in 2016, where she is responsible for the e-teaching.org portal's online editorial content and social media management. This involves developing a social media strategy and editorial plan, managing social media channels and coordinating PR activities. A further key aspect of her work involves designing and implementing strategies to engage new target audiences for the portal, as well as providing academic support for these initiatives.
