Among the top 50 leading educational psychologists

The world’s 50 most productive researchers in the field of educational psychology have been identified in a recent research ranking published by the international journal Frontiers in Psychology. Among them are two IWM researchers: PD Dr. Anne Schüler, Deputy Head of the Individual Development and Adaptive Learning Lab, and the former Deputy Head of the IWM Multiple Representations Lab, Prof. Dr. Katharina Scheiter.

The aim of the study was to identify researchers who, between 2017 and 2022, published particularly frequently and influentially in top journals in educational psychology – thereby making significant contributions to the advancement of research. The recognition highlights the high international visibility of research at the IWM as well as the importance of work in educational psychology.
